Furnished Studio with full bath and Kitchenette - 231 Square Feet  - $750.00 – $850.00

Application Information:

Application Fee                           $20.00 per Person (Non Refundable)

Security Deposit                         $750.00 – $850.00

Lease Term:                                6 Month Lease at Move-in; month to month thereafter

Occupancy Limit for Studios:     Two (2) persons maximum

To Reserve an Apartment:

• There is no official waiting list.  First come, first serve policy.
• Complete an Application Form for each prospective resident 18 years of age and older
• Pay Application Fee of $20.00 per applicant (Money Order or Check only, payable to St. George. No cash allowed.)

 

Qualifying for an Apartment!

• Combined gross income at least two (2) times the monthly rent rate
  [$750.00 x 2 = $1,500.00 per month,   $850.00 x 2 = $1,700.00 per month]
• Income must be verifiable
• A current paycheck stub or employment offer letter, if applicable, must be submitted at the time of application. Employment will be verified with the employer.
• If self-employed, tax returns will be required
• Positive Credit history
• No evictions within the last seven (7) years
• No bankruptcy filings within the last 12 months. (If bankruptcy was filed between a year and seven years ago, the application will be considered with a higher deposit.)
• If applicant does not have Social Security Number, the applicant must provide a copy of passport showing entrance date to the USA.
• If applicant has Section 8 Voucher, a copy of the said Voucher must be presented during application. And applicant must have verifiable income equal to two (2) times his or her portion of the rent per Section 8 Voucher.
