What type of units do you offer?

Nearly all of our units are studio apartments. They include a private bath and kitchenette, and are available for lease furnished or partially furnished. Please see the Unit Details page for more details.

How much is the rent?

The rent is $1,500.00 per month.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is the equivalent of one month’s rent.

What is your lease length?

The initial lease is for 1 year.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept check and money order. Online payments are free with an e-check.

How many people can live in one studio?

We allow two people maximum per room.

What utilities are included?

All utilities paid.

Do you allow pets?

No pets allowed.
