Applying to the St. George:

The Residences at the St. George offers studio apartments for single or double occupancy. Units are available for 6 month lease, after which rent continues on a month-to-month basis. Rent is $800.00 per month with a $600.00 security deposit. Water and trash are included. Sorry, no pets allowed. You are welcome to submit an application at any time; we rent available units to approved applicants in the order received.

Applications are available for download in both Microsoft Word (.doc) and Adobe PDF (.pdf) formats. A $10.00 application fee is required for processing. We accept cash and check, please make checks payable to Green Valley Corporation. You can either mail your completed application with the required fee (please send checks only, no cash) to the address below or stop by our office during normal business hours and drop it off. If you would like to submit your application immediately, you can either fax or email it to us ( contact info). However, your application process will not be completed until we receive your application fee.
